Q: Can I pick up an online order at the store?
A: You bet. Just select the "store pick up" in the shipping options when you checkout.
Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: We currently use Paypal to process payments. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal without the need to sign up for an account with them. You may also send in a money order.
Q: What forms of shipping do you offer?
A: We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail
Q: Do I have to pay extra if I want my gun tested before it ships?
A: Of course not! We test all guns before they are shipped out and would never charge for it.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. All sales are final but we will do everything we can to assist you in making the appropriate repairs should that be necessary. Some products do carry a limited warranty. Please inquire at time of purchase. No cash refunds. Q: Do you take trade-ins?
A: Sometimes we do if the AEG is in good condition and can be resold. Just ask us and we will consider it. Just be aware that we will not give you as much for it as you probably think it is worth.
Q: Do you sponsor a team I can join?
A: Not yet but we plan to. Give us a few weeks to get our head above water and we'll start working on that.
Q: Do you really play airsoft or are you just in it to make money?
A: Yep and yep. We play regularly and we own more stuff than we can count. Unfortunately, we do have to make a little bit of money to keep this thing going. Trust us, though, nobody is getting rich here.
